1 mL of body fluid in a green-top (lithium heparin) plasma gel tube(s), a plain syringe(s), a sterile specimen cup, or a plain-red (serum not gel) tube.  Send specimen refrigerated.
Note:  1. If submitting syringe, remove needle and cap syringe.
2. Indicate specimen source on request form.
