Specimen Requirements

1mL of body fluid in a green-top (lithium heparin) plasma getl tube, a plain syringe, a sterile specimen cup, or a plain red-top (serum ,no gel) tube.  Send specimen refrigerated.

Note: 1.  If submitting a syringe, removed the needle and cap the syringe.

            2.  Indicate specimen source on request form.
